By accessing or using the Family Pal website and joining our waiting list, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Family Pal's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Waiting List

By joining our waiting list, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee access to the Family Pal app. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the waiting list at any time.

User Accounts

When you join our waiting list, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Family Pal or any employee or affiliate

Family Pal makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Family Pal or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Family Pal's website.
